We do our very best to respond to support emails within 48 hours.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If you receive your product and there is a manufacturing defect, or order error please email us at Support@theAnabar.com and we will consider your issue on a case by case basis.
We cannot accept returns on purchases made through third party retailers.
Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
