Refund policy

At Anabar, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our protein bars and want you to love every bite. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Only unopened boxes in their original condition are eligible for return.

• Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@theanabar.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Shipping Your Return: Carefully package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

• If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, we’ll notify you via email and the items will be sent back to you.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to try another flavor, please initiate a return for the unopened product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
